Overview

The Global HIV/AIDS Epidmic timeline gives visitors a complete, easy-to-navigate timeline of major milestones in the history of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. The Kaiser Family Foundation asked Velir to create an interactive timeline that could serve as an ongoing reference tool for many of the political, scientific, cultural, and community events that have occurred over the history of the epidemic. The timeline was built using Macromedia Flash and a custom administration system allows the timeline content to be easily updated by non-technical administrators.
