Concepting and High-Fidelity Prototyping
What will your product look like? What will it feel like to use? How well will it solve the problem at hand? Clean, clear prototypes can be very effective at communicating vision and decisions. To help communicate a vision while defining core functionality, we create realistic, high-fidelity, clickable prototypes that show our best representation of the finished experience.
Concept Testing and Validation
Validating a design is based on much more than a best practice or a gut feeling. To find evidence of a product’s promise (or its weaknesses), we use industry-standard testing methodologies and we conduct multiple rounds of user testing. First, we test the navigation and taxonomies themselves via tree testing and card sorting. Next, we test layouts and messaging via first-click testing and moderated usability testing. During testing, we give each participant the critical list of tasks to complete so we can measure how well the proposed solution addresses and facilitates audience goals.
Product and User Flow Optimization
Starting from a baseline existing product, our team optimizes user flows and reduces time on tasks, eliminating friction, increasing conversions, and making it more accessible and pleasurable to use.
