Our client helps banks and retailers offer store-branded credit cards to non-prime consumers—boosting access to credit while driving brand loyalty, customer growth, and retention. Our client’s legacy CMS, while adequate for supporting one or two portals, quickly became a bottleneck as the need for dozens of distinct credit origination portals emerged. The platform lacked the flexibility, scalability, and modular architecture necessary to meet evolving business demands. Templatization was virtually nonexistent, and the absence of reusable components or a comprehensive design system made each portal launch a time-consuming, manual effort. As a result, the organization was unable to respond swiftly to growth opportunities. To overcome these limitations, the client sought a fully streamlined and automated portal creation framework—one that would not only accelerate deployment but also allow internal teams to shift focus from operational execution to strategic innovation and market expansion

The client’s challenges included:
