To integrate these practices on a fundamental level, we have an external consultant review our handbook and policies to ensure they are inclusive and don't include unconscious bias. We also partner with networking groups like She Geeks Out that generate opportunities for underrepresented groups in technology and we actively engage in company-wide DEI training from external partners.
